As we all know, before the fire protection products are officially put into use, they must undergo strict fire inspection acceptance to ensure that they can fully play the role of disaster prevention and reduction. 1.Commissioning requirements

The main functions of the emergency lighting controller, centralized power supply, emergency lighting distribution box, and lamps shall be fully inspected to ensure that the main functions and performance of the emergency lighting controller, centralized power supply, emergency lighting distribution box, and lamps shall comply with the national standard "Fire Protection Emergency Lighting and Evacuation Indication System "GB 17945. System components whose main functions and performance do not comply with the current national standard "Fire Emergency Lighting and Evacuation Indication System" GB17945 shall be replaced. Items whose system functions do not meet the requirements of the design documents shall be rectified and re-commissioned. After the system component function debugging or system function debugging is completed, the normal connection between the system components should be restored, the system components should return to normal working conditions, and a commissioning report should be written. After that, the construction unit and equipment manufacturing enterprise shall submit to the construction unit the system completion drawings, the entry inspection records of materials, system components and accessories, the installation quality inspection records, the commissioning records and product inspection reports, the certification materials and other related materials.

 

 

 

2.Commissioning process

1 Before the intelligent evacuation instruction system is commissioned, the specifications, models, quantities, spare parts, etc. of the system components should be checked according to the design documents, and the system's wiring should be checked.

2 Address code the lamps, centralized power supply or emergency lighting distribution box connected to the emergency lighting controller. Each lamp, centralized power supply, and emergency lighting distribution box corresponds to an independent identification address.

3 Prepare system diagrams, evacuation instructions for each fire zone, floor, tunnel section, subway platform and hall, and design documents for each working mode of the system, current national standards for system components, instruction manuals, floor plans and setting records, and the system Necessary technical documents such as control logic design files.

4 The emergency lighting controller, centralized power supply and emergency lighting distribution box in the system shall be inspected separately.

 

 

3.Commissioning of emergency lighting controller

After connecting the emergency lighting controller with the connected centralized power supply, emergency lighting distribution box, and lamps, turn on the power to make the controller in a normal monitoring state. Check and record the controller's self-check function, operation level, automatic conversion function of main and backup power, fault alarm function, silencer function, and one-button check function to ensure compliance with the current national standard "Fire Emergency Lighting and Evacuation Indication System" GB 17945.

 

 

 

4.Emergency lighting distribution box debugging

Connect the power supply of the emergency lighting distribution box to make the emergency lighting distribution box in a normal working state, assign the output function to the main power supply of the emergency lighting distribution box, the main power output shutdown test function of the centralized control emergency lighting distribution box, The centralized control emergency lighting distribution box communication fault interlocking control function and the centralized control emergency lighting distribution box lamp emergency state maintenance function are checked and recorded to ensure compliance with the current national standard "Fire Emergency Lighting and Evacuation Indication System" GB 17945 .

 

5.Centralized power debugging

After connecting the centralized power supply to the lamp, connect the power supply, and the centralized power supply should be in a normal working state.
